A guaranteed method of creating a perfectly balanced smoothie every time. Select one item from each of the 4 categories and whizz!

Base (200ml approx)
almond milk | oat milk | coconut milk | water iced green tea
Pick a fruit
2 tbsp frozen berries | 1 pear | 2 plums | 1 nectarine / apple / peach
Pick a Veggie
1/2 avocado | handful spinach / kale | 2 inches cucumber | handful lettuce / rocket
Pick a Protein
30g cashews / almonds | 1tbsp chia seeds 1tbsp nut butter | 1 tbsp sunflower / pumpkin seeds
