Quinoa fruity porridge

This is a great way to use up leftover cooked quinoa in the
fridge and it keeps you feeling fuller for longer!

Ingredients
2 tbsp cooked quinoa
2 tbsp fruit, choose from: blueberries, raspberries, strawberries,
chopped apple, satsuma
2 tbsp plain yoghurt
1 tbsp mixed seeds
1 tsp cinnamon
Metodo
If using an apple, peel, core and chop first.
Mix all the ingredients together.
Can be eaten immediately or warm gently in the microwave (only
needs a few seconds)
